Amanda Ann Martignetti, Chief Operations and
Project Director
Amanda has been with The JFM Group since 1999
and has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a concentration
in Professional Writing from Fairfield University. Amanda worked
in Fairfield’s Office of Annual Giving, working as part of
the team on Fairfield’s highly successful 135 million dollar
capital campaign. As a result, Amanda brings a great deal of knowledge
about development and philanthropy, especially in the world of higher
education, to The JFM Group.
Amanda has produced many high-profile events with
The JFM Group, overseeing a Project Associate, and an event
staff of upwards of 20 people. Amanda has extensive event management
experience and has worked very closely with various clients at The JFM Group, including Rhode Island School of Design, New Yorkers For Children,
Stuyvesant High School, V-Day and the Wildlife Conservation Society.
A highly organized person, Amanda enjoys managing the event process
from start to finish, and supervising and motivating her team members.
Amanda combines the skills of a professional writer with a great
deal of managerial experience, a highly successful combination for
a fundraiser.
In 2005 Amanda assumed the role of Chief Operations
and Project Director, over-seeing the daily operations of each and
every project The JFM Group produces.
Amanda has spent time living in London, during which
she had the opportunity to travel extensively. Amanda enjoys close
relationships with clients, detail-oriented projects and working
with a team. In an effort to broaden her already extensive breadth
of knowledge, Amanda enrolled in the New York University School
of Continuing Education and has taken many classes, including PR
Solutions for Non-Profits, Legal and Ethical Issues in Fundraising
and Technology for Fundraising.
